Ohio Soybean Council Scholarship

Introduction
The Ohio Soybean Association (OSA), which serves as the membership and policy voice for soybean producers across Ohio, is awarding two scholarships of $1,000 each for the 2025–2026 academic year. These awards are intended to support students who are committed to promoting the future of the soybean industry.
Award Details
Two recipients will each receive a $1,000 scholarship for the 2025–2026 academic year. Winners will be selected by members of the OSA board of trustees together with OSA staff.
Eligibility Requirements
- Open to students in any major, provided they demonstrate a clear interest in the soybean sector and agricultural advocacy.
- Must be enrolled full time at a college, university, or technical school and have completed 15 credit hours.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of legal residency in Ohio.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Applicants must either be a child or grandchild of an OSA member or hold a Student and Young Adult Member status with OSA.
Selection
The OSA board of trustees and staff will review applications and identify two individuals who best demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to the soybean industry to receive the scholarships.
